Ignasi, founding partner of Pentalegis, has an extensive professional experience in the management and business reorganisation area as a strategic consultant.
He began his professional career in the industrial sector, as a CEO of Seyfi for several years and collaborator of AITPA (Industrial Textile Association of the Cotton Process).
As a consultant in the area of the reorientation, he is specialised in strategy and business viability.
He has been appointed Insolvency Practitioner in more than forty bankruptcy proceedings in different legal jurisdictions in Spain and he has intervened as economic expert in different legal proceedings.
Specialised in negotiation and mediation.
He is the co-writer of the book The Viability Plan.
He is a promoting member of the investment Club of Economists BAN of the School of Economists of Catalonia.
Ignasi holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Studies by the University of Barcelona and has a Postgraduate in Reorientation of Troubled Companies and Bankruptcy Administration by the Pompeu Fabra University. As a Forensic Economist he is a member of the REFOR and the Working Group of the Reorganisation of Troubled Companies of the School of Economists of Catalonia, associated to ACCID (Catalan Association of Accounting and Management) and to INSOL International.
As a partner of Pentalegis, he is part of the professional society of FTI & Partners Corporate Recovery Spain, SLP.
